About Us
| The word "prime" means "first." It also means "superior." These are the underlying qualities of our school Prime Instruction & Language. We are the Central Texas extension of the Gonzales School of Languages of Houston, specializing in language instruction for adults since 1970. We take a "first things first" approach to our instruction, knowing that a solid foundation must be established in the mind of each student before we can expect them to retain material that is more complex and less common.
Our goal is to enable you to speak and understand foreign languages with confidence and accuracy in as little time as possible. Not everyone can go and live in another country for an extended period to learn its language. So we offer the next best thing; a balanced approach of grammatical instruction and conversational practice. Flexible class-schedules, close-to-home classrooms, professional instructors and affordable rates are just some of the benefits of learning with Prime Instruction & Language.
I’m Joseph Gonzales, the class coordinator and head instructor of the school and I look forward to helping you with your goals. I believe in students who believe in themselves, and even some of those who don’t. It’s a pleasure to sense the satisfaction in those who have surprised themselves with their own progress, some of whom ended their formal education decades ago.
